Peter B. Yunich, Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer and Member of the Board of Directors
Peter Yunich received a B.A. degree from Brown University in 1968. He received an MBA degree from Harvard University Graduate School of Business Administration in 1970. Since 1988 Mr. Yunich has been with Simon & Schuster, Inc. of New York, most recently as President of Simon & Schuster Interactive, the electronic arm of the $2.8 billion publishing division of Viacom, International. Prior to that time, he was Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Simon & Schuster. Mr. Yunich has held a variety of other management positions with such companies as AT & T, Doubleday and Clairol, among others.

Michael J. Salaman, President, Secretary, Treasurer and Member of the Board of Directors
Michael J. Salaman received a B.S. degree in Business from Temple University in 1985. From 1986 to 1990, he was employed by National Media Corporation as Executive Vice President. From mid-1990 through 1993, Mr. Salaman was a consultant with National Media Corporation. During1993 and 1994, he was employed as a producer of infomercials and he operated several direct response businesses. Mr. Salaman is the founder of the Company and has served as President since its inception.

Joel Shusterman, Chief Operating Officer
Joel Shusterman graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Drexel University and has taken graduate level classes in the School of Business at Temple University. Mr. Shusterman was employed with various large computer companies such as Burroughs Corp., Philco Corp., and General Electric Co. for several years after graduation. Subsequently he was involved in developing several start- up companies in the computer and technical areas, where he has accumulated over 20 years of sales and marketing experience involving products marketed directly to major corporations, original equipment manufacturers, end -users and retail stores. Mr. Shusterman was instrumental as a founder of and served in various management capacities (President, CEO or VP) with PTSLearning Systems (1995-1996), MAXXA Corporation (1991-95, 1984-86), Office Automation Systems, Inc. (1989-1991), Commodore Business Machines, Inc. (1986-89), Franklin Computer Corporation (1980-84), The Computer Emporium (1977-19880) and BAI Data Products (1973-77).

Joel Margolies, Vice President, Marketing
Joel Margulies has worked in the field of marketing for over thirty years. He is currently in partnership with projects developing web sites, web programming for TV, infomercials, and a number of advertising projects for TMC clients. He is also involved with the management of a venture capital fund for electronic retailing media.

Philip A. Flournoy, Jr., Vice President of Engineering
Mr. Flournoy graduated cum laude from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering in June, 1982 and went on to receive a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Delaware in December, 1982. After graduation, Mr. Flournoy was employed as an engineer with the E.I.Dupont company in Glasgow, Delaware (1983-85), and then in various engineering and management positions with the Commodore company in West Chester, PA(1985-94). Since 1995 he has been President of Flournoy Consulting, providing a wide range of engineering management and computer consulting services, and Vice President of Aerie, Inc., a registered investment advisory firm in West Chester, PA.

Jeff Frank, Senior Member, Technical Staff
Jeff Frank received both his bachelors and masters degrees in electrical engineering from Drexel University. From June of 1986 until August of 1995, he worked in various capacities for Commodore International, LTD in West Chester, PA, working his way from Manager of PC Product Development to Director of Development responsible for new product development as well as initiating mass production and maintaining cost reductions during life cycles. Since August of 1995, Jeff built his own consulting business, JF Associates. His clients included ESCOM, AG, Safegaurd Scientifics, Quik Pak and Amiga Technologies GmbH.

Russell C. Bower, Vice President of Manufacturing
Mr. Bower was most recently employed by Tseng Labs, Inc. of Newtown, PA as Vice President of Manufacturing (1986-96), and previously was co-founder, Senior Vice President and Treasurer with MAXXA carp., Marlton, New Jersey (1984-86), cofounder, Vice President of Manufacturing and later consultant to Franklin Computer Corp., Cherry Hill, NJ(1980-84), co-founder, Vice President and Treasurer with BAI Data Products, Inc. Wyncote, PA (1971 -79), Vice President of Manufacturing with Physitech, Inc./Philadelphia Mobile Telephone Co., Willow Grove, PA (1965-71), and an Electro-mechanical designer with Burroughs Corp. at Paoli, PA (1963-65), with Atlantic Design Corporation, Newark, NJ (1961-63) and with Leeds & Northrup Corporation, Phila., PA (1960-1961).

Race Filarey, Chief Technology Officer
Race Filarey holds a Bachelor's degree in mathematics for the California State University at Long Beach, and a Master's degree in Computer architecture from UCLA. He began his professional career at TRW Space & Defense Sector over 16 years ago. He started as part of the team that developed the onboard computer system for the IUS, a booster rocket that lifts satellites from the shuttle bay to higher orbits. Mr. Filarey has held increasingly responsible positions including sub-project manager for NASA's Gamma Ray Observatory (GRO) on board computer system. GRO's recent performance earned TRW a NASA Award for Excellence and earned Mr. Filarey a special TRW Pride award for his contribution. In 1994 he served as a TRW consultant to the European Consortia overseeing the Air Traffic Control development in Brussels, Belgium. For the last three years, Mr. Filarey has been instrumental in setting up a TRW presence on the web (WWW.TRW.com), especially as it relates to marketing its commercial network.

Philip A. Herman, Member of the Board of Directors
Philip Herman received a B.A. degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Teaneck, NJ in 1967, and a J.D. degree from Suffolk University School of Law in Boston, MA in 1971. Since 1988 Mr. Herman has been with Marketing Consultants, a company he founded in 1988. The company provides consulting for marketing programs and specializes in the creation of programs, purchase, merger and sale in the direct response arena. Prior to that, Mr. Herman has been an owner/founder of and involved with other companies engaged in marketing and advertising, including B.H.& P., Inc. of Whippany, NJ(1980-85), Eagle Printing Co., Inc. of Orange, NJ (1972-84) and Landmark Associates, Ltd. Of Orange, NJ(1971-84).

Michael S. Paul, Member of the Board of Directors
Michael Paul is a business and tax attorney who has been in private practice with different law firms and accounting firms since 1988. He graduated from Pennsylvania State University in State College, PA with a B.S. degree in Accounting in 1984. He received a J.D.degree from Delaware School of Law of Widener University in Wilmington, Delaware in 1988 and an L.L.M. degree from Villanova University School of Law in Villanova, PA in 1990. Since January, 1995, he has been employed by Karr Barth Associates, Inc., a life insurance agency, in their estate products.
