How to Pop the Question
Over the years, many of our customers have asked us for some ideas on
how to "Pop The Question". We've made a survey and our research
has shown that women love to be surprised in an exciting, unusual or romantic
way. Here are some of the ways our customers have chosen to "Pop The
Question". Don't forget to enter, our "Pop
The Question" Contest!

A.M. was looking for a job and she was in the habit of checking the
want ads every morning. One morning she read the following:
"Full-time wife/part-time companion with the initials of A.M.
wanted. Duties include sharing and caring. Call Mr. N. at 123-4567 for
appointment." She called him and said yes. That night he gave her
the ring
G.R. a traditional romantic, took his sweetheart out to a lovely dinner
at a French restaurant. After dinner they walked to a neighborhood playground.
As she was sitting on the swing, he got on his knee, handed her the ring
and asked if she would spend the rest of her life with him. She burst into
tears and, kissed him and screamed all at the same time. Fortunately no
one got arrested.
T.R. took his sweetheart to a baseball game. He made arrangements to
have his proposal announced on the loud speaker and put the ring in her
popcorn box.
L.R. hired a singing telegram company. He wrote the words, picked out
the melody and made arrangements to be at her place when it would arrive.
His sweetheart was so excited she kissed the singer first.
W.F. hired a violinist to serenade his love under her bedroom window.
When she appeared W.F. said the magic words and she accepted in the moonlight
P.G. hired a Mummer, brought him to his girlfriend's office and proposed
to the banjo sound of "I Want a Girl Just Like The Girl That Married
Dear Old Dad." Everyone enjoyed the surprise ... even her boss!

You've found the woman you want to spend the rest of your life with.
You've proposed. Your committed. And now you want to surprise her with
a beautiful ring. You want to give it to her in a very special and meaningful
way. A way she'll never forget. Here are some suggestions.
How To Give Her The Ring
- Freeze the ring in an ice cube and give her a drink.
- Bake the ring in a cupcake or brownie.
- Wrap the ring in gold foil and place in a candy box.
- Put ring on a string or ribbon and place around the neck of a stuffed
animal. Give the animal as the present.
- Wrap ring box. Place in larger box. Wrap that box. Place both boxes
in a third box. Wrap that. Use as many boxes as you can find. Wrap each
one.
- Buy a balloon saying "will you marry me"? Tie the ring to
the bottom of the balloon.
- If it's Christmas time, take her to see Santa and have Santa give her
the ring...on his lap!
- Put ring into an Easter egg.
- Have a waiter serve the ring on a beautiful silver tray.
- If you can gain access to her while she's sleeping, put the ring on
her finger while she's asleep.
- Pick her up at work in a white limousine. Wear a white tux, or even
better, rent a "Knightin Shining Armor" suit and take her to
a very special restaurant.
These are only some of the ways to "Pop the Question". If you proposed in a unique way, or plan to, why not share it with us. If you do you could win a Diamond Anniversary Band!
