Paul Klecka

Paul Klecka is the founder and president of Paul Klecka Inc., a jewelry design firm focused on innovative concepts. His work has been editorialized in numerous trade presentations in the U.S. as well as various European and International journals.

Beginning his career with a variety of retail jewelry sales positions, Klecka eventually realized his goal of creating his own retail environment, and found success providing custom design and manufacturing services to a select clientele of Chicago consumers and local retailers.

In 1989 Klecka's design talent was recognized on a national level with multiple awards in De Beers' Diamond Today Competition and the Diamonds of Distiction Awards, the American Gem Trade Association Spectrum Award for colored gemstone design, and as a finalist in the Diamonds-International Awards. This recognition enable Klecka to shift his focus from retailing to manufacturing, with representation at the finest retailers in the country.

In addition, Paul Klecka was chosen "New Designer of the Year" for 1989-1990 from among exhibitors in the Designer Gallery at the Jewelers of America International Trade show held in New York City.
